Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel
You can cancel your SolonAI Inc. subscription at any time by emailing us:

Subject: Cancel Subscription
Include your account email address in the request.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you cancel on day 10 of a monthly subscription, you retain access until day 30
- If you cancel mid-year on an annual plan, you retain access until the year ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
What Happens When You Cancel
Immediate
We confirm your cancellation request via email
Until Billing Cycle Ends
Full access to all features continues
After Billing Cycle Ends
No further charges; access ends
30 Days Later
Account and data deleted (unless you request earlier)
Your Data
After cancellation:
- Export Available: You can export your GrantAi data before your access ends
- 30-Day Grace Period: Data retained for 30 days after access ends
- Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
- Earlier Deletion: Request immediate deletion via support if preferred
Reactivating Your Account
Changed your mind? You can reactivate within 30 days of cancellation:
- Email support@solonai.com to reactivate
- Your data will be restored if still within the 30-day window
- Billing resumes from the reactivation date
After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account and your previous data will not be recoverable.
Enterprise Cancellations
Enterprise customers should refer to their contract for specific cancellation terms and notice periods.
